Bookings & Payments
Payments and refunds are processed in accordance with payment provider regulations.
Please contact Little Learners Academy if you are unable to attend a session.
Once a bundle has started, remaining sessions are non-refundable.
Bundle bookings must be used within the allocated time period.
By purchasing a bundle, you agree to all Little Learners Academy policies, terms, and conditions.
Attendance
Parents/carers remain responsible for supervising their child throughout sessions unless otherwise advised.
Behaviour
To ensure everyone has a positive, fun and safe experience whilst attending the learning sessions, session leaders reserve the right to end or suspend a session where behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe or negatively impacts others. Little Learners Academy asks that all parents support this by encouraging respectful and safe behaviour at all times.
Food & Drink
Healthy snacks and water are provided for children, with tea/coffee and biscuits/cake available for adults. Any food or drink consumed by you or your child remains your responsibility, including allergies and dietary requirements. Little Learners Academy cannot be held responsible for managing food or drink consumed during sessions.

We are committed to providing accessible and inclusive sessions for all children and families, with inclusive resources and activities designed to support a range of needs and abilities. All sessions take place in a ground floor classroom, with pushchair space, toilet facilities, and changing facilities available on site.
