What age are the adventures suitable for?

Little Learners Adventures are designed for children aged 2+ up until starting school age.

Each adventure is carefully planned to support children’s confidence, independence, communication and social development through fun, engaging, themed activities.

How long does each adventure last?

Each Little Learners Adventure lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Who leads the adventures?
All adventures are planned and delivered by Emma, an experienced Early Years teacher with a passion for helping young children learn through play, exploration, and engaging activities.

What happens during an adventure?
Adventures include a variety of fun, educational activities designed to support children’s development. These may include:
● Storytelling and language activities
● Early phonics and literacy games
● Number and counting activities
● Fine motor skill development
● Creative and sensory play
● Problem-solving and thinking skills
● Social interaction and confidence-building activities

Yes. Parents stay for the full adventures.

Can I transfer or rearrange a booking?

I understand that plans can change.

If you’re unable to attend a booked adventure, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to help transfer or rearrange your booking, subject to availability and my booking terms and conditions.

If you have purchased an adventure pass, you can use it across any of my available adventures, provided it is still within its expiry date.

Can I buy individual sessions or an adventure pass?

Yes! You can choose the booking option that works best for you.

I offer:

Individual adventure bookings – perfect for trying a new theme.
5-adventure passes – ideal for enjoying several sessions.
10-adventure passes – perfect for regular participation and exploring different themes.

Adventure passes can be used across all Little Learners Adventures, giving you the flexibility to choose the sessions that interest your child.

Please note that all passes have an expiry date. Parents and carers are asked to check the expiry details at the time of booking.

My child is shy. Will they be okay?
Absolutely. Many children take time to settle into new environments. Sessions are welcoming, supportive, and designed to help children build confidence at their own pace. There is no pressure for children to participate before they feel ready.

How many children attend each adventure?
Adventures are kept to a manageable size to ensure every child receives support, encouragement, and opportunities to participate fully.

What should my child wear?
Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play, creative activities, and occasional messy fun. We recommend clothes that parents don’t mind getting a little messy.

What should we bring?
In most cases, everything needed for the adventure is provided. You may wish to bring a named water bottle. Any additional requirements will be communicated before the adventure.

Are Adventures suitable for children with additional needs?

I’m passionate about creating welcoming and inclusive experiences, including for neurodivergent children.

I ask parents and carers to contact me before booking if their child has additional needs or may require additional support. This gives us an opportunity to discuss whether the adventure is suitable and allows me to put any appropriate support or adjustments in place wherever possible.

Every child is different, so I encourage you to get in touch to discuss your child’s individual needs.
